E’ situata in un quartiere residenziale nel cuore di Tropea, a soli 950 metri dal centro storico e ad appena 500 metri dalle incantevoli spiagge. La villetta, racchiusa in un piccolo giardino, è facile da raggiungere in auto ed ha un proprio, ampio, parcheggio video sorvegliato.

The services provided are of the highest quality, starting with our superb homemade breakfast, carefully prepared using local ingredients. It is located in a residential neighborhood in the heart of Tropea, just 950 meters from the historic center and only 500 meters from the enchanting beaches. The villa, enclosed within a small garden, is easily accessible by car and features its own spacious, video-monitored parking area.

Le camere, molto luminose, offrono agli ospiti un alto livello di tranquillità e comodità. Il sistema a cappotto esterno, l’impianto di climatizzazione idronico e quello fotovoltaico, garantiscono, oltre al rispetto per l’ambiente, un elevato livello di comfort anche nei mesi invernali. Gli arredi e le finiture sono moderni e le stanze, insonorizzate, hanno ciascuna un proprio terrazzo o balcone o giardino corredati da tavolo, poltroncine reclinabili e lettini prendisole. Le stanze sono dotate di mini bar, cassaforte, aria climatizzata, TV LED a partire da 32 pollici abilitato alla ricezione terrestre e satellitare, telefono, connessione Wi-Fi gratuita, phon, set cortesia che comprende, per soggiorni di oltre 3 notti, la fornitura di pantofole monouso.

The rooms, very bright, offer guests a high level of tranquility and comfort. The external thermal insulation system, the hydronic air conditioning system, and the photovoltaic system ensure not only environmental sustainability but also a high level of comfort, even during the winter months. The furnishings and finishes are modern, and the soundproofed rooms each have their own terrace, balcony, or garden equipped with a table, reclining armchairs, and sun loungers.

The rooms are equipped with a minibar, safe, air conditioning, a 32-inch LED TV with terrestrial and satellite reception, a telephone, free Wi-Fi connection, a hairdryer, and a courtesy set, which includes disposable slippers for stays longer than three nights.

Nella sala colazione viene lasciato a disposizione degli ospiti un bollitore d’acqua con un ricco assortimento di infusi ed una macchina per il caffè americano ed espresso con relative cialde. Nell’area relax, inoltre, è da poco disponibile una selezione di vini locali.

In the breakfast room, guests have access to a kettle with a rich assortment of herbal teas, as well as a coffee machine for both American coffee and espresso, complete with pods. Additionally, a selection of local wines has recently been made available in the relaxation area.

La struttura si sviluppa su tre piani con al primo livello un’ampia area comune per la prima colazione ed il relax. Gli ospiti durante il loro soggiorno possono usufruire di una postazione office fornita di stampante multifunzione a colori e computer iMac connesso alla rete internet.

The property is spread over three floors, with a spacious common area on the first level for breakfast and relaxation. During their stay, guests can take advantage of an office workstation equipped with a color multifunction printer and an iMac computer connected to the internet.

Posizione: non siamo nel centro storico, però . . . . . . . . . La residenza dista meno di 900 metri dall’inizio del centro storico (piazza Ercole, il cuore, è lontana 1,1 km e si raggiunge in 15 minuti a piedi) e soli 450 metri dal mare, 5/8 minuti a piedi. Offre ai propri ospiti un alto livello di tranquillità (il vostro soggiorno verrà allietato dal cinguettio degli uccellini) e si raggiunge comodamente in auto con possibilità di parcheggiare nell’area video sorvegliata, proprio davanti alla struttura, con posti sempre disponibili. Lo “svantaggio” di non essere nel centro storico è ampiamente compensato da una serie di benefici: si dorme immersi nella tranquillità e la Residenza si raggiunge comodamente e con altrettanta comodità si parcheggia.

The Residenza is less than 900 meters from the beginning of the historic center (Piazza Ercole, the heart of the town, is 1.1 km away and can be reached in a 15-minute walk) and just 450 meters from the sea, a short 5 to 8-minute walk. It offers guests a high level of tranquility—your stay will be accompanied by the pleasant chirping of birds—and is easily accessible by car, with the convenience of parking in our always-available, video-monitored area right in front of the property.

The “disadvantage” of not being in the historic center is more than compensated by several benefits: you’ll sleep surrounded by peace and quiet, the Residenza is easy to reach, and parking is hassle-free.
